Internship opportunities

I welcome applications throughout the year from Licence, M1 and M2 students interested in bioinformatics, immunology, data analysis, systems immunology and computational biology.

Internship projects are related to my research activities on the analysis and modelling of the human immune system, in particular using clinical trial datasets and immune profiling data. Some projects are connected to the Transimmunom and iMAP research programs, which aim to characterize the biology of IL-2 in patients and healthy volunteers.

Possible internship projects include:

  • Analysis of IL-2 biology in patients and healthy volunteers using immune profiling and clinical trial datasets.

  • Bioinformatics analysis of high-dimensional immunological data, including transcriptomics, cytometry, multi-omics or clinical datasets.

  • Development of deep learning approaches to model immune states and better understand the organization of the immune system.

  • Development of computational tools, scripts, dashboards or applications to analyze and visualize immunological datasets.

Students interested in these topics can contact me at any time during the year with a CV, a short description of their interests, their current training level and the expected internship period.
